We’ve listened and this year, we’re doing things a little differently.

MTL Bali 2026 is a 7-day, 6-night experience, giving us the space to do more while keeping the flow right. To avoid confusion and make planning easier for everyone, we’ve simplified our booking process from the jump.

Right now, you can secure your place with a:

• All-inclusive accommodation package deposit

• Party Pass deposit

• Flight deposit

That’s it. Please note that access to all official MTL events is strictly limited to guests who have purchased either a Party Pass or an All-Inclusive Package

If you are travelling from Melbourne, we highly suggest booking our flight add-on as we were able to secure a much cheaper flight price. The flight allowance includes 20kg of checked baggage and 7kg of carry-on baggage per passenger.

Important passport information:

- Your passport must be an ordinary, full-validity document (no emergency or refugee travel docs).
- Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from your arrival in Bali.
For our 12 Aug 2026 flight this means the expiry date must be ≥ 12 Feb 2027.
- Your passport must contain at least one blank visa page (two is safer).
- Your passport’s issuing country must be eligible for either 30-day visa-free entry (ASEAN) or the 30-day Visa-on-Arrival / e-VoA programme.
- We cannot accommodate travellers who need a pre-arranged B211A Visit Visa.

If we discover that your passport does not meet any of the above requirements or Indonesia’s entry requirements, your flight add-on will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. This includes passports with fewer than six months’ validity, damaged covers, worn or ripped pages, or any other alterations that render the document invalid.

PAYMENT PLANS

• Deposit + payment plan options are available across all pass and package types.

• To secure your place on MTL 2026: Bali, all payment plan deadlines must be met.

• MTL reserves the right to cancel tickets or packages where scheduled payments are missed or remain unpaid after the due date.

EVENT ACCESS

• Entry into MTL events is strictly limited to guests with a valid Party Pass or All-Inclusive Package.

• Guests with an All-Inclusive Package already have Party Pass access included and do not need to purchase a separate Party Pass.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

• MTL has a strict no refund policy due to the nature of the trip and the fact that accommodation and related bookings are secured shortly after payments are made.
